Engineering of Management Processes in Construction Organizations

Annotation: The paper examines the features and essence of engineering management processes in construction organizations, it has been determined the current problems in the field of construction engineering and presented a number of measures to improve the implementation of engineering during the management process at the initial stages of construction planning. Since the concept of engineering management processes in construction organizations is complex, extensive, including many works, it does not have a single dictionary definition, however, in practice, engineering management processes in construction is vital already at the stage of construction planning, which means this topic is relevant today and is of great importance for all participants in the construction process at any stage. About 65 % of the total amount of losses during the construction period is a rise in cost due to imperfect design solutions. In our country, in contrast to foreign countries, where the practice of implementing management engineering in construction organizations has been used for a long time and the quality of management is quite high, domestic organizations prefer to seek help from foreign engineering associations. However, it should be noted that there are no objective reasons to distrust our experts in this field, they are also competent in this field and are improving every year, and therefore their services are not inferior to their foreign predecessors.
