Information and Analytical Support for Real Estate Market Assessment

Annotation: The article presents a multidimensional interpretation of the real estate market, it has been determined its position in the economic system, and the main segments in the form of residential, commercial and industrial real estate have been found out. It has been characterized the real estate market of the DNI, the structural elements and features of functioning associated with the pressure uncertainty, and the lack of access to credit, which limits prospects for development, reducing the purchasing power. As part of the research of information and analytical support for real estate market assessment, it was revealed that the information base is represented by open sources, and analytical processing is carried out mainly without the involvement of specialized software systems. The shortcomings of the existing evaluation system in the form of secrecy of information about the results of real transactions, the formation of databases based on sources with duplicate, incomplete or unreliable information are revealed.
