Organizational and Analytical Support of the Construction Complex Management System of the Donetsk People’s Republic

Abstract: The article is devoted to the consideration of the management system of the construction complex with the allocation of internal and external factors of direct and indirect impact on the management system of the Donetsk People’s Republic. On the basis of the analysis, the main factors influencing the development of the construction complex of the Donetsk People’s Republic were established: economic blockade, political instability, significant destruction of the housing stock and infrastructure of the city. The main tasks for the construction complex of the Donetsk People’s Republic are highlighted, namely, the determination of directions for the development of the territory of cities in order to restore the housing stock and infrastructure support, as well as improve the quality of life support of the population, which implies the activation of investment activities, the attraction of qualified specialists, the search for investors. In order to solve the indicated problems of the development of the construction complex, it is proposed to form an effective sectoral system for managing the construction complex, which will be aimed at overcoming the decline in volume indicators of construction, as well as improving the indicators of the quality of life of the population.
