Annotation: The article analyzes the issues of the feasibility of implementing quality management systems, quality management system processes. The need to apply and improve QMS is due to the changing requirements of the market. Companies are increasingly setting a leading strategic goal. The aim of the research in the article is the diagnostic tools of operational management of office work as a factor of control of the production environment. The article may be of interest to business leaders and decision-makers in management, managers involved in the development and implementation of management systems in accordance with ISO standards, experts and auditors of management systems certification bodies, as well as bachelors, masters and graduate students by profile «Quality Management».
