Regional Model of the Real Estate Management Process/b>

Annotation: The presented research is devoted to the issues of real estate management in the context of ensuring the growth and development of the regional socio-economic system. Based on the study of the principles and methods of management, the content of the concept of «management of real estate objects at the regional level» has been clarified. The subject and object composition of the elements of the real estate management system in the regional system is established. Based on the classical generalized model of managerial decision-making, as well as the strategic management vertical formed at the national level, a regional algorithmized model of the real estate management process has been developed, its key stages, elements, mechanisms, documents, approaches have been identified. The characteristics and content of each stage of the model are considered and the corresponding tools are designated. The conclusion is formed about the need to detail and develop the presented model through the study of key descriptors and control technologies.
