Approaches to the Formation of a Building Complex Management System: Analysis of Foreign Practice

Annotation: The paper considers approaches to the formation of a management system of the construction complex by foreign countries. Economic indicators of construction of foreign countries are analyzed and systematized, as well as models of management systems of the construction complex of foreign countries are considered. Based on the foreign experience of the construction complex management system of the largest economic centers on the planet, an overview of approaches to regulating this industry at the level of state structures is made. In the course of the work, the relevant components of the construction complex management system were identified – non-state regulation and self-regulation. It is attested that the management system of the construction complex of foreign countries does not have a single approach, but it has common basic management tools, the effectiveness of which depends on the interaction of all components of the process.
