Engineering of Investment and Energy Saving Projects of Public Thermal Power Industry
Abstract: The article discusses the features of the engineering system in the field of resource conservation at municipal heat power enterprises, the theoretical foundations of improving the methodological basis for obtaining estimates of the economic efficiency of energy-saving projects, the essence, goals and objectives of energy engineering are clarified. The necessity of applying economic models of energy-saving measures in assessing the economic efficiency of investment projects is substantiated. Due to the fact that currently investing is carried out in conditions characterized by dynamism, risks and uncertainty, the content of the process of forming the investment strategy of the enterprise has changed significantly and requires periodic adjustments taking into account changing external conditions and new growth opportunities of the enterprise. Conducting a comprehensive analysis of the economic activities of municipal heat power enterprises should take into account the expected return on investment, taking into account the expected savings in resources. The proposed approach of the engineering system using computational models provides a reduction in the cost of time and labor resources in assessing the economic efficiency of energy-saving projects. The models presented in the article reflect stable cause-and-effect relationships in the economic environment that are formed during the implementation of energy-saving measures, and correspond to the developed classification of energy-saving measures. The use of such models will improve the quality of estimates, simplify and partially form strategic alternatives and calculation models of cash flows of energy-saving projects.
