Annotation: In modern conditions, housing and communal services are one of the most important sectors of the country’s economy. The article examines the accounting of social efficiency of personnel management in the field of housing and communal services in modern conditions. The importance of housing and communal services is determined by the fact that this area of the modern economy has a significant impact on the social situation in the country and is one of the largest consumers of fuel and energy resources. The analysis of various approaches allows us to determine the features of the social efficiency of personnel management in the field of housing and communal services as a special area of management activity. Possible ways to improve personnel management in the housing and communal services sector have been identified, which involve active interaction between employers and government agencies.
