Regulatory and Legal Support of Risk Management
Abstract: In a dynamically changing external environment, any field of activity is influenced by a number of unfavorable factors, which leads to a deterioration in the economic, financial and social condition of the organization. Therefore, in conditions of financial and economic instability, one of the important tasks of an organization’s financial and economic policy is effective risk management, thanks to which certain processes are implemented to identify potential risks, assess them, and make important management decisions in order to minimize the consequences of risk situations. In foreign and Russian practice there are problems that hinder the implementation of this goal. In this regard, it is advisable to consider risk management in different countries and introduce the most appropriate and effective strategy into the economy of the Donetsk People’s Republic as a subject of the Russian Federation.
