Abstract: The construction industry has at all times been the main direction in the development of any civilization. Information technologies in construction make it possible to work with an array of data, effectively manage construction, increase profits and reduce construction time. Modern trends in the development of scientific potential, at the stages of transition to the industrial revolution, necessitate the introduction of advanced technologies and management methods in construction and housing and communal services, combining digital technologies, in the development of effective management solutions that can expand the capabilities of personnel, maximize efficiency, and ensure reaching a new competitive level for the construction industry. The introduction of digital technologies is a complex scientific and technical task in which numerous organizational and technical solutions intersect; this requires from various technological areas the development of innovative models, methods and tools, the creation of new forms and ways of organizing production structures, and proves the need for a scientific substantiation of the quality of the designed production systems in construction and housing and communal services in general.
