Methodology of Creating an Organizational Management System Based on the Concept of Controlling
Abstract: The article provides an introduction to the concept of controlling and its role in modern organizational management systems. It substantiates the relevance of applying the main provisions of the concept of controlling by organizations in rapidly changing external conditions, and presents an analysis of the methodology for studying organizational management systems based on the concept of controlling. The article summarizes the existing scientific approaches and emphasizes the need to take into account the specifics of each organization in the context of creating a controlling system. It is shown that successful implementation of the concept of controlling can be the key to sustainable development of organizations. This allows not only to minimize risks, but also to create a clear algorithm of actions in conditions of uncertainty, enhancing competitiveness in the market. The results of the study are aimed at forming the basis for further study and implementation of new approaches to the management system.
