Features of the Design of Controlling Systems in Organizations
Abstract: The article discusses the basic principles and stages of design and implementation of a controlling system as a subsystem of organization management. The need to improve an organization’s management system is due to the variability of environmental factors, which makes organizations that do not use modern management tools unstable to the influence of these factors. The use of controlling allows organizations to flexibly respond to changes in external and internal factors, keeping the organization in a state of stability, by maintaining the relevance of information flows, transparency of management processes of all types of resources with the possibility of their strategic and operational planning, as well as by ensuring constant monitoring of the functioning of the system in matters achievement of planned indicators. It should be noted that the main goals, functions and tasks of the controlling system are laid down precisely at the design stage, which emphasizes the relevance of the research results presented in the article.
