An Innovative Technological Approach to the Integration of Ecosystem Digital Technologies in Organizations
Abstract: At this stage of digital transformation, the market dictates new conditions for platform interaction, reflecting this in the transition from the concept of a classical organization to the concept of an ecosystem. Approaches to managing business models are changing, due to the fact that the economy is characterized by a high degree of dynamism, the increasing role of such intangible factors as information, knowledge, new technologies, and human capital. The paper considers an innovative technological approach to the integration of ecosystem digital technologies in organizations. The prerequisites of the transformations in economic relations, the processes of development of new technologies, the change in consumer preferences towards obtaining products and services with minimal effort through the use of digitalization, the emergence of client-oriented companies on the market using innovative approaches in their activities are also considered. A comprehensive mechanism for managing digital technologies in an organization is considered. The expedient directions of using these mechanisms in the practice of domestic organizations are substantiated.
