Digital Transformation of the Organization’s Personnel Management

Abstract: Based on the analysis of scientific literature, the article identifies the problems of digital transformation of the organization’s personnel management. The differentiation of the essence of the concepts of «digitalization», «digital transformation», «digital innovation» is presented, which made it possible to identify external and internal factors that encourage an organization to digital transformation. It has been established that with the digital transformation of personnel management, the functions associated with it (recruitment, training, evaluation, etc.) may change. It is noted that the integration of digital technologies into personnel management planning has given impetus to transformational processes and justifies the need for HR managers to acquire digital skills and increase their level of digital technology proficiency in order to effectively perform their functions. This leads to the need to form an organizational strategy, manage changes and coordinate the culture in the organization. It is noted that the effectiveness of digital transformation in an organization depends on the interest of senior managers and business units in the field of human resources management. It is proposed to create cross-functional teams and implement mitigation strategies to solve the problems of digital transformation of the organization’s personnel management.
