Abstract: The article considers the conceptual foundations of recycling of construction waste as a tool for improving the quality of life of the population in the context of integrated development of territories. It is substantiated that recycling of construction waste is a promising area with significant potential for solving a number of issues of territorial development. The advantages of recycling are formulated. The characteristics of the main methods of recycling of waste (mechanical, chemical, incineration and pyrolysis) and the types of equipment used are given. It is established that recycling demonstrates significant potential of the studied area in the context of integrated development of territories, as it allows to obtain economic (reducing the cost of construction work; creating new jobs), social (improving the quality of life of the population; developing the infrastructure of the territory), environmental (reducing the number and size of landfills; preserving natural resources; preventing pollution of water, soil, air) effects from its implementation.
