Strategy of Development of Construction Enterprises in Modern Conditions
Abstract: The article provides a brief analysis of the development of the construction industry in the Russian Federation. An analysis of the volume of housing commissioning (individual residential construction and apartment buildings) for 2010–2023 indicates a redistribution of its structure after the pandemic. The contribution of a set of state support measures to the development of the construction industry (preferential mortgage loans, changes in legislation, a system of preferential connection to the electric grid) was noted. It is noted that the completion of preferential mortgage lending programs with a certain time lag will provoke a decrease in the pace of housing construction in the Russian Federation. Three key factors have been identified that will have the strongest impact on construction companies: mortgage lending, preferential mortgages, and price instability. Strategies have been formulated for construction companies in the Russian Federation in modern conditions that will mitigate the negative impact of key factors: cost optimization and efficiency improvement.; cash flow management and financial stability; project portfolio diversification and search for new markets; focus on high-value projects and innovation; strengthening relationships with clients and partners.
