Abstract: Examines the current problem of business process management in the context of digital transformation and competitiveness. The article examines the key problems faced by organizations in the context of the rapid development of digital technologies, including the unpreparedness of organizational structures, the shortage of qualified workers and the need to adapt to changing market conditions. Specific solutions are proposed, including the creation of flexible and adaptive organizational models, strategic investments in staff training and development, as well as the active implementation of modern BPM systems to optimize business processes in modern business conditions. The focus is on creating a culture of innovation that promotes rapid response to digital transformation. The article is valuable for a wide range of professionals interested in successful digital business transformation, from senior executives to middle managers and business process management specialists.
