Analysis of economic and social efficiency of city-planning projects

Annotation: In the given article some major aspects of the city-planning investment projects are considered. There have been considered the technique and basic parameters of estimation of the economic efficiency of the city-planning projects. Special attention is given to the estimation of social efficiency, as factor of social intensity reduction in the process of project carrying out in city areas.
