The ground is a inside resource of town’s development
Abstract: The analysis of dependences of size and density population of towns is given in the paper with the purpose to define the cost of real estate objects. The generalized technique is obtained by the authors at the process of design development of monetary estimation of town grounds in Donetsk populated area. Ways of increasing the urban ground rent value are also revealed at the expense of the effective utilization of internal resources.
