Activization of investment activity in region (on the example of Donetsk area)

Annotation: Ukraine is the country aiming to correspond by the level of economic and social development to the European countries under development. As known, investments are a basis of a successful development. In this connection, a problem of designing an effective investment model capable to provide a stability of the investments inflow both on the state and regional levels is more urgent than usual today .So, there have been considered the major factors of increasing an investment appeal of the Region cities and the Region itself, the levels of the existing investment risks, dynamics of an investment potential of Donetsk area have been analysed, on the basis of the analysis done there are given some recommendations on improving its investment climate. Conceptual approaches to drawing up perspective investment projects aimed at the attraction of foreign and home investments into the Donbass region have been developed.
