Development of economic potential by the building complex

Annotation: The article deals with the reserch of the economic potential of the building complex (on example of the Ukraine and Donetsk region), the statistical data of the economic potential development of the building complex. The Purpose is the consideration the problems of the building complex problems and undertakings eleboration of the development economic potential developments of this branch. The reserch that argues the economic potential of the building complex depends on the romge of factors, as follows: on highskilled workmen, on state support, on the innovation quality инновационной and investment activity, on equipment, suitability on the risks construction and so on. All this leads to about increasing of competitivealility of Ukrane building enterprises in the world market. The problems of economic building complex potential need the further research at the expense of rational and efficient resources and investment involving.
