Abstract: The article is dedicated to estimation to efficiency of the methods of the forecasting of the trained provision to building branch. In condition of market economies of one of the massive problems is a development of the methods of the discovery to real need of the region in specialist of the building profile for building branch as one of the complex of the problems – an resource of the ensuring the investment initiatives of the region. The executed analysis of the experience and scientific studies in the field of improvements of the shaping labor resource in construction witnesses that reliability of the decisions in accordance with determination necessary amount labor resource in construction, in condition of the probabilistic nature building production, can be provided by way motivated their standbies. The central failure, inherent practically all branch methodical recommendation – an absence of some estimation to efficiency of the study of the personnel at base period, which brings about extrapolations existing defect in use specialist for the future.
