Financial provision of plumbing sewage economy development

Annotation: There is considered the current state and problems of financial provision of the plumbing sewage economy development. Directions of perfecting the tariff control of the industry services due to the introduction of a double base tariff. There are studied financial results of the plumbing sewage economy enterprises and key problems of financing were found out. On the basis of statistical data of the Ministry on questions of housing and communal economy as well as on the basis of our own researches a financial provision of tariffs on the services of water supply and disposal enterprises was estimated. Program documents in the sphere of financing the plumbing sewage economy were estimated and conclusions on their efficiency were done. To attract investments into the industry there is considered a model of the state private partnership.
