Modern condition of the building market and arrangement of its stabilization according to the peculiarities of the world financial crisis

Abstract: The modern state of the building market is considered in the article. The factors, which coursed crisis arising are defined. It has been revealed that the crisis has touched especially the construction engineering. The research of abroad experience was carried out in the field of learning foreign experience in the overcoming of crisis. The experience of Russia was studied. During the research carrying out of our coming it has been revealed that the Russian Association experts building worked out the complex measures in the sphere comply dwelling sector supports economics. The Rumanian experience showed that the most spread variant of overcome the crisis is the reducing of property volume of building. The most important aspects and of the Law of Ukraine “About the prevention of financial crisis influence on the building branch and construction engineering” and there comparison have bean considerer. There were formed activities to stabilize the national building market of Ukraine.
