Structural analysis of instytutsyonal subjects investment-building complex

Abstract: The analysis of structure of subjects in accordance with the pulled out understanding of investment-building complex and formed system of criteria is executed in the article. The potential subjects of regional investment-building complex are considered: users; organs of power; general contractors; organizations (subcontractors); banks; investors; developery; research centers; educational organizations; technical customers; project institutes and bureaus; regional engineering departments; prospectors (engineering researches in building); ryeltory; transporting-logistic companies; producers (suppliers) of materials; lessors of building machines and equipment; recorders right; operators of property administration; informative organs; insurance companies; selfmanaged organizations, of particular a branch associations. The developed and specified structure of ynstytutsyonal units of complex is the result of scientific discussion.
