Aсtual problems of conducting of land bids (auctions)
Abstract: The article discusses the issues of land auctions and the problems associated with the imperfection and inconsistency of the current legislation of Ukraine in this legal field. The need to redistribute land plots of various forms of ownership using such an instrument as land auctions (auctions) requires proper legal regulation. The legal framework that has been created in Ukraine requires revision and adjustment, since some existing legislative documents on this issue contradict each other. The study concluded that the absence of a separate law on regulating the procedure for conducting land auctions hinders the licensing of activities for organizing such auctions, in turn, calls into question the legality of land auctions. The author proposes to improve the legal framework for conducting land auctions by adopting an appropriate law that would include the procedure for conducting land auctions, as well as take into account the need to license the organization of such auctions.
