Ecological orientation of organizational structure change of industrial domestic enterprise

Annotation: The fundamental problems of optimal integration of nature preservation functions into the appropriate regular structures of machine building and civil engineering factories of Ukraine have been offered in the paper. The mechanism of the ecologically oriented organizational structure change of an industrial enterprise with contemporary tools of ecological policy has been proposed. The optimal accounting of all the functions of environmental management can be obtained by means of setting up of the appropriate regular structures and experts enabling to solve the environmental management (EM): natural environment (NE) control assurance (production ecological and engineering control, assurance of accounting charges for NE pollution, permission obtaining (and the limit) for waste disposal in NE (discharge, dumping, waste permission), working out (checking) the scheme of nature preservation and strategic development (ecological innovations and environmental designs in the framework of the Kyoto Protocol), the ecological programmes, an ecological certificate, environmental reports (statistics) on the waste discharge volume into the atmosphere (dumping into water entities, formed and located waste), etc.
