The concept of structural transformation of organizational and economic mechanism of government of the region
Abstract: In contrast to traditional approaches of coming to management decisions it becomes necessary to take into account current external factors that affect the object of control: the globalization of the market, the use of opportunities of e-commerce, changing the economic nature of market relations, etc. In this regard, the concept of organizational-economic mechanism of government of the region, that takes into account external factors more completely and the it is based on optimization approach of the unity of the administrative functions of the horizontal and vertical levels of decision-making and a focused on the development of Local Government. In the conception of regional government change the top-priority role should be given to monitoring of the stability and dynamic parameters of the socio-economic development of the region. Therefore, the proposed concept of regional government involves the widespread use of new approaches to management activity. In the system of measures of regional government change the top-priority role is given to non- one-time assessments of the results of management decisions, namely the monitoring of stability and dynamic parameters of the socio-economic development on the region.
