Small business in the housing sector: current state and prospects of the partnership development

Annotation: The article justified the use of foreign experience in the field of business potential at national and regional levels. The structure of management of entrepreneurial potential of the Slovak Republic the main subjects and their functions in this field are determined, the special attention is paid to the regional aspect. The role of The National Agency for Development of Small and Medium Enterprises of the Slovak Republic, as a key organization which supports SMEs in Slovakia at international, national, regional and local level via the coordination of all activities including the financial ones has been determined. Main perspectives of international experience in creating the conditions for doing business in Ukraine have been determined.
