Small business in the housing sector: current state and prospects of the partnership development
Abstract: The article analyzes the interaction between small businesses and the housing and communal services. The concepts of small business and housing and communal services are considered. The role of private capital in national economy, quantitative measures of its development, as well as its market share in housing and communal services is established. An assessment of the market as an attractive field for SME development is given. The definition of the term «Housing» is given too. Its current status, problems are considered. The necessity of small businesses in the housing and communal services is proved.
