E-governance as an aspect of the information mechanism of interaction between local government and territorial community members

Annotation: This article is dealing with the problems of information members of a community about institutions of local government and some ways how to improve e-governance. The article consist mechanisms and an infrastructure that system of interaction between local government and members of territorial community includes. The ways to inform members of territorial community and feedback channels are described in the article. There are propositions about e-governance improving to local government’s work and review of government services that can be provided by e-governance at local level in the article. The readiness of members of territorial community to using services that provides by e-governance has been analyzed in the article. The components of member’s of territorial community readiness was discovered in the article and the ways to decrease negative influence of these components was proposed.
