Business processes optimization of different sectors subjects the city economy

Annotation: The formation of a market economy in Ukraine has created a fundamentally new social and economic situation which has led to certain changes in many social and economic institutions: ownership, revenue sharing arrangements, provision of basic social security, social insurance and employment incentives, economic restructuring and the formation of a market infrastructure. The basis for the harmonious development of economic relations of any country is the effective interaction between actors of different sectors of the housekeeper, as well as their compliance with the principles of social responsibility. The solution of these problems is possible with the application of this form of cross-sector economic partnership as outsourcing. In this paper we define the benefits of outsourcing to business entities, as well as positive consequences for cross-sector partnerships territorial unit. An algorithm for calculating the efficiency of outsourcing. Based on this algorithm, we have proved the usefulness of business process outsourcing construction company.
