Annotation: The paper assessed the current state of housing and communal services of Ukraine. The author of the peculiarities of the economic and legal support tariforegulyuvannya for services provided by the enterprises of life support, as well as analyzed the main causes of loss of their livelihoods. The proposals for stabilization of the utilities and the development of housing and communal services of Ukraine in the current economic conditions in which the author drew attention to the need to strengthen the management of the enterprises of housing and communal services, strengthening executive discipline among the employees, the implementation of measures for the financial health of utilities , resource and energy saving, investment and innovation projects in housing and communal services.
