Forming of modern innovative model of social development of the state

Annotation: In the article the basic ways of forming of modern innovative model of social development of the state are considered on the basis of two models of social development: European and American. The modern innovative model of social development of the state is in-process offered, which must be based on the modern system of values, which is formed the values of monogynopaedium, state, man. It underlay modern social development: state through the mechanisms of state administration social development: political, legal, organizational, economic and motivational perfects functioning of industries of social sphere. Forming of modern innovative model of social development – it one of basic ways of modernization of Ukrainian social development. Introduction of model on the levels of the state will allow to shorten poverty, fix the competitiveness of national economy through modernization of the system of education and reformation of health protection, and other industries of social sphere.
