The organizational structure of the enterprise logistics system: centralization or decentralization?
Abstract: This paper proposes an approach to building the organizational structure of enterprise logistics system based on the author’s interpretation of the principle of forming a matrix organizational structure. Concretized definition «logistics system». Under the logistic system is meant a relatively stable set of links (structural / functional divisions of the company, as well as suppliers, customers and logistics intermediaries) interconnected and united by a common management of material and its attendant streams to implement corporate business strategy.
