Government mechanism of stimulation of creation of affordable housing in Ukraine

Annotation: In this article an assessment involved mechanisms to encourage the creation of affordable housing in Ukraine in organizational, legal and financial aspects. The main task of stimulating the creation of affordable housing facilities in Ukraine. A study group offers in the market for affordable housing in the regions of Ukraine, inserted priority regional centers in the pilot projects, the creation of affordable housing, lack of pricing leverage the cost for affordable housing. Provided suggestions for combining national target programs in creating affordable housing and the development of the Ukrainian village. In order to determine future directions of development of affordable housing in Ukraine The European practice of providing housing and display of housing in terms of quality of life. Proposed state mechanisms to further stimulate the creation of affordable housing facilities in Ukraine.
