Annotation: The article discusses the state of the transport infrastructure in Ukraine. The features of the formation of the national transport market. Analyzed the main problems that hinder provision for increasing the volume and quality of transport demand, and tendencies of development of the Ukrainian market of transport services. Recommendations for improving the quality of transport services. Proposed priorities for the restoration of the transport complex of Ukraine. The factors that influence the formation of public policies oriented to the transport sector investment resources.
