Foreign experience of the development of condominium as a new form of the housing and public services

Annotation: The article is about essence and organizational & legal aspects of the condominium activity as a form of Ukrainian Housing and Public Services. As the researches show, the crisis state of the housing and public services in our country is conditioned by the unsatisfactory financial state, considerable charges, insufficient development of competition environment and, as a result, high degree of wear of general funds, ineffective work of enterprises and others. Analyzing foreign experience of the condominium development, primary in the countries of the East Europe, it is possible to notice that these countries have the considerable role of associations of joint owners of apartment houses, which are noncommercial consumer organizations, uniting the proprietors of objects of the real estate or shareholders, created with the purpose of management by the complex of the real estate, providing of exploitation of this complex, domain, use and order by property. The basic features of the condominium development in Ukraine and in some developed countries of world are resulted in this research.
