Current state of the foreign markets of residential real estate

Abstract: IIn article the main tendencies of development of the foreign markets of residential real estate in modern economic conditions are considered. The author on the basis of carrying out the state-of-the-art review of parameters of development of the American, European and Asian markets of residential real estate, defined the key factors forming an environment of the foreign markets of housing and influence investment activity. Research showed that the foreign markets of housing develop very unevenly and don’t submit to action of all-economic laws, it is difficult to foresee and establish behavior of investors certain regularities. The main directions promoting increase of efficiency of functioning of the foreign markets of residential real estate in the conditions of gradually exit from financial crisis are offered.
