Features of formation of programs of social development of territories: organizational and legal aspect
Abstract: In article some important legal and organizational and methodical aspects of a problem of formation of programs of social development of territories of Ukraine are considered. It is noted that the success of realization of social programming is considerably caused by how its purposes and tasks are economically proved and subordinated to strict rules of law. It is recommended to make use of the all-European experience of legal regulation of system of local government and social programming of development of the cities at formation of programs of social development.
