Normatively-legal mechanism of government control of investment streams is in Ukraine

Annotation: In the article the features of the modern state of normatively-legal mechanism are investigational in relation to government control of investment streams in Ukraine and her regions. The basic lacks of legal base of realization of investment activity and influence of changes are reflected in a legislative base on the volumes of receivabless of foreign investments. Events that uses a government with the aim of improvement of normatively-legal base in the field of investment activity and mechanisms of bringing in of direct foreign investments are considered . Development and acceptance of corresponding normatively-legal acts offer with the aim of creation of favourable investment climate and increase of volumes of investments in the economy of Ukraine.
