Resource for social development state

Annotation: In the article the basic resources of social development of Ukraine: human and financial have been considered. The main components of these resources and identify the sources of their formation have been given. The main problems of resource generation of social development and provided ways to improve the rational use of financial resources, social development through the implementation of the evaluation system of social services have been determined. The paper made the basic conclusion that to maintain sustainable social development is necessary to include the human and financial resources to the concept of social development of the state. The aim is to enhance the quality of life due to structural changes in the economy and the competitiveness of the country. This aim has five sub-goals: the development of human resources, management of financial resources, natural resources, the formation of the middle class, the formation of a highly innovative-industrial complex.
