Features and capabilities of housing development in the regions of Ukraine

Annotation: The main features of the housing industry, which in the distributed – specific organizational and economic nature. Features are formed on the basis of research regulatory framework interpretations of housing and housing construction, taking into account the historical aspects of the development of terminology. Among the features highlighted in organizational complexity and diversity of the final product, the need for continuous improvement of technology, unique housing projects, stationary character of construction products, a variety of participants in the construction process. The special features of an economic nature include: the relative slowness of capital turnover, high-risk features of pricing based on the current regulations. The role of housing development related activities and stimulate the development of other industries, as a basis for improving the quality of life in the regions. Proved that the use of institutional and economic characteristics of a housing development at the regional level can be the basis to identify potential opportunities for promoting its further development and accumulation potential.
