Foreign and home experience of adaptation warm supplying complex to market conditions

Annotation: In article experience of formation and functioning of a heatsupplying complex (HSC) in foreign countries and problems adaptation of the domestic companies of a heat supply to the international standards is considered. Factors of impact on heatsupplying complex of the country are defined: on extent of influence, on belonging to spheres of public life, in the direction and action scales. The mechanism of innovative activity, potential sources of financing of the innovative directions of reforming of HSC is analysed. The integrated approach to an assessment of innovative investment potential of the enterprises of the heat supply, considering requirements and features of the enterprises of a heat supply and based on expert and analytical tools with allocation of the importance of each component that allows to define a complex indicator of innovative investment potential is offered. Recommendations for formation of the organizational and economic mechanism of innovative development of HSC of Ukraine and its further improvement are made.
