Workforce issues play old industrial region and its innovative and foreign economic affairs (for example Donetsk region)

Annotation: The lack of a systematic approach to the implementation of the state policy in the coal industry is one of the key reasons for its poor condition. Attempts to solve the problem of reducing the volume of coal mining, coal unprofitable state enterprises, low technological level of production without solving the problem of improving enterprise management system at all levels, eliminates the possibility of attracting large-scale investments and reform of this kind of economic activity. With this in mind, the authors proposed a mechanism for planning production-economic indicators, focused on improving their efficiency in modern conditions, which includes tools for analyzing and forecasting the development of decision support systems for planning activities of mines, reserves growth model to identify the financial result and modern tools to attract investment. The combination of modern methods of analysis, forecasting and modeling allows the development of a comprehensive model of management coal enterprises.
