Ownership of producer goods as motivation to creative activity

Abstract: The principles reflecting interrelation between stimulation of creative activity and presence of the property right of the worker on means of production during the knowledge economy formation have been formulated. It has been defined that with transition of a kind of activity from reproductive to the creative one the share of internal motivation of a worker increases in comparison with external stimulation. It has been given reason that one of the most effective ways of maintenance of an internal involvement of the employee in achievement of necessary results of organization activity is availability of the property right to means of production.
