Innovation component evaluation of the economic growth at the communal enterprises: modern condition, problems and prospects of the development

Annotation: The article considers the essence of the innovation component of economic growth of communal enterprises. There is substantiated a priority vector of innovative development based on the systematization of the existing normative-legal ensuring of innovation activity. Studied modern trends of innovative development of communal enterprises on generation and distribution of electric power, gas and water. Calculated parameters of innovative component of economic growth of public utilities and presented gradation in the levels of economic security, taking into account the thresholds obtained with the help of methods of mathematical statistics. It is established, that at the present stage of development of the economic security of the innovative component of the communal enterprises corresponds to the critical level. Distributed utilities on the most significant factors that inhibit innovation. Based on these studies formed recommendations to stimulate the economic growth of the innovative component of the communal enterprises.
