Principles of formation of the region’s infrastructure support

Annotation: The term of «infrastructure support economic development of the region» is complex and includes a variety of existing infrastructure on the principles already established, then the question of formation of an appropriate mechanism for management of the development of the region through effective infrastructure support on the ground. That is why, in the article the basic principles of this mechanism are considered.
