The role of housing and communal services in the implementation of the concept of social investment in urban areas

Annotation: It is proved that at the present time, the housing sector is a potential source of social problems for which it is advisable to use the mechanism of social investment. The development of social investment in urban areas will contribute to: the creation of an effective system of support for social investment by the government, there is no contradiction between the current legislation and the operational environment sector utilities, partnerships between businesses ZHKG, society and the state. As a result of increased social investment possible the successful implementation of the strategic objectives of socio-economic development of cities – increase the level and quality of life.
