The impact of informal employment in the modern labor market
Abstract: Economic reforms and the modernization of employment give greater flexibility and dynamism. The labor market is a growth of informal processes: part-time work with the property business, incomplete and fictitious employment, and others. A common consequence is an increase in informal employment, understood as employment without an employment contract in written form, recognized by both sides. According to various estimates, the level of informal employment is at least 15–17 %, although perhaps it out even more. People are working, but it is nowhere recorded: any agreement or contract with the employer they have not. In terms of unemployment, informal employment, in fact, plays the role of shock absorber and the recession becomes a manifestation of the adaptive abilities of the population. Employment is a key element of social and labor relations and occupies an important place in the research related to labor economics. The extensive development of employment in the informal sector of the economy evident in the period of economic reform, makes pay close attention to the study of the socio-economic phenomenon.
