Management model resource provision of local government development

Annotation: The article investigates the existing theoretical and methodological foundations of local self-government. The study analyzed the general laws of development of the theory of local government and the role of territorial authorities, as well as the study of specific features of the local government, the authors sought to determine the nature and structure of the process of resource support in all phases of local government. The article describes the author’s approach to the development of a resource management model ensuring the development of local self-government. The basis of constructing of the model is understanding of local government as the management process, in which the subject realizes the management function to ensure the sustainable development of the territory.
